Since the day we are born, our lives has always been a struggle. Infant struggles as they can’t speak, kids struggles in school age, adults struggle to establish a life, old age struggles with finding calmness.

Struggle is never ending neither it will be same everyday.

People say we all get a life to live, but they also complain that our hustles and duties don’t allow us to. When will they understand that hustles is not definition of life but it’s a part of our life.

Life is always simple but human mentality spoils it…

We always aim to make a life on our terms. We tend to control some lessons and circumstances which might leads to disappointments, heartbreaks or failures. But life doesn’t end there!

Our tomorrow is always erratic but we are not!

Rather than anyone, we know ourselves much better. We know where we lack or where we are prominent, how strong or week we are, how good or bad our calibers are, moreover only we know that what makes us happy in this so called struggling life.

When we understand what is it that gives a sense of joy to us no matter the positive/negative situations, we start to feel happy and in true sense, we start living a Life!

But thanks to the negative experiences we get in this course of living a life, we start to feel afraid for being happy again, we fear Happiness! But in reality we actually fear to have similar experience again!

Neither experiences nor its outcome is perpetual!

We all have to undergo diverse phases of life, with diverse motives. So our way of living those phases is thoroughly diverse too! We can’t blame anyone for our happiness or sadness, it’s we who are responsible for it. It’s our choice whether we want to be happy or no! It’s our point of view and mentality towards any situations!

Yes, we cannot control anything but our choice of being happy! There are many things around you, which will bring that happiness towards you! But we need to embrace it without any fear!

Start looking around you with a different perspective. Start finding a positive point in anything. Not just situations or some materials but even humans can be reason for your happiness. Even your hobbies will give you that pleasure. Just understanding your source of happiness is all you need to do in your struggle.

Lately, I got to experience about finding or understanding the value of being happy in difficult stages. We all our familiar about the famous movie ‘Joker’. People who were able to enjoy the movie did appreciated the actor but rare were able to appreciate the script. Best motive I catch from movie was-

‘Learn to be happy in your conflicted Life’

Not just watching the movie inspired me for current topic, but experiencing something similar indeed motivated me. I happened to learn that some situations I cannot control or end easily but instead I chose to stay happy by diverting myself out of it. Surprisingly, I realised my various hobbies was my source of minor happiness like reading and music. Also, I happened to enjoy a diverse taste of music through a friend’s suggestions! Moreover embracing it without fear allowed me to learn many new things!

In growing stages, we learn to struggle eventually but our biggest teachings would be to enjoy that struggle by being happy about it!

Cheers to those who are happy with their saddest life!
