Life is cruel, life is unpredictable, life is a lesson, life is a continuous struggle… just like this everyone of us have diverse tag lines to define the meaning of life. But what is the need to define it? Isn’t life meant to be simply lived?
In my firm opinion I always refer life as a book.. with good and bad chapters but each chapters has its own beauty, meaning and lessons. The people we deal with be our close friends, family, colleagues, acquaintances, strangers or even those who hurt us are all just the characters in this chapters.
With each passing day, you keep reading these chapters and keep unfolding your life.
And the best part, we all are reading this book but yet all of us is reading completely different books…
There comes a stage when you no longer can stick to a same chapter or there are times when some of those chapters seems never ending. Whatever be the situations are, whatever be the reasons you have, each chapter is yours and you should live it at your own pace.
But while going through life is never easy for sure. An easy life is something you definitely do not wish to have! I, myself being someone who have been struggling enough to be an achiever, a learner and someone who desires growth, love, compassion, honesty throughout life will surely want an uneasy life.
This uneasy life is what brings meaning to me or seems rational, yes! Because having an uneasy life, allows me to complete that checklist of my life.
Imagine that checklist of life something like..
1- You started earning by your own self.. – checked
2- You learn to trust your own self.. – checked
3- You got hurt or betrayed or badly broken.. – checked
4- You learn to pray in your hardships… – checked
5- You chose to be kind, honest, loyal and supportive.. – checked
6- You chose to grow spiritually, emotionally, financially, mentally.. – checked
Surprisingly, I do not even know what is next written in this checklist or how long it is. But each time I experience something in life, I eventually keep marking check in that checklist of my life.
I never would have imagined that those situations, hardships, pain, achievements, efforts, moments, first time experiences I being through would actually be building a checklist for me to live a life meant for me.
Cheers to that checklist of life!
